About Me
India YJ, LMSW-C
Founder | Clinical Supervisor | Consultant
The Pedigree & The Passion With a perspective shaped by the grit of Flint and the soul of Detroit, my journey in social work began at Michigan State University and was refined at the University of Michigan Ann Arbor, where I earned my Master of Social Work. My career has been defined by a commitment to those navigating vulnerable transitions, specializing in trauma-informed care for adolescents, young adults, and high-functioning professionals who lead with excellence while carrying the weight of success.
A Holistic Approach to Mastery I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all clinical care. My practice is an integration of clinical mastery—including extensive training in CBT, TF-CBT, DBT, and Motivational Interviewing—with holistic elements like music, art, and natural movement. This Clinical Architect mindset allows me to design therapeutic and supervisory spaces that are as sophisticated as they are effective.
Leadership & Systemic Impact Beyond the therapy room, I am a builder of communities. As the founder of a grassroots youth empowerment organization, and the co-founder of a creative agency, I understand the unique pressures of leadership and entrepreneurship. This dual lens allows me to provide B2B consulting for school districts and organizations that isn't just theoretical, but deeply rooted in program management, fundraising strategy, and systemic wellness.
The Mission At The Clinical Collective, I provide more than just supervision or therapy; I provide a partnership in growth. I am here to support the high-achiever who does too much and the clinician who is ready to deepen their practice. Together, we move beyond the standard to create a legacy of intentional, sustainable wellness.
